We believe it is essential to honor the lineage of yoga and where it comes from, India. To the best of our ability we teach as authentically as we can acknowledging our teachers and their teachers. We emphasize that yoga is a sacred and spiritual journey in our trainings.

Located in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona. Vertical Soul Yoga is just walking distance from numerous restaurants, including vegan and vegetarian restaurants. Just 20 minutes from Sedona, and 100 miles from the Grand Canyon, participating in Vertical Soul's teacher training is an all around healthy and scenic environment to learn and grow.
